I am a highly experienced specialist family practitioner.
I help people from a wide variety of backgrounds and family structures when relationships break down to ensure the challenges and problems that can arise are reduced as far as possible. My practice focuses on the fair, cost effective resolution of financial disputes from cases where there are modest assets through to multi-million pound cases involving complex assets, pension funds, maintenance and businesses. I help clients with the identification of and tracing of hidden assets or undisclosed resources so that any settlement reached is fair.
I act for parents in children disputes, including cases that involve parental alienation, acrimonious contact and residence disputes so that parents can maintain meaningful relationships with their children after separation. I advise unmarried parents so that they can achieve financial security and have represented some really vulnerable clients reducing the fear and worry they have had about pursuing their cases through the courts.
