How can we help?

At Brighton & Hove Law, we are experienced in managing divorces and dissolutions for clients with a range of assets and incomes. We are able to assist in the complex financial issues that arise during high net worth divorce, whether this is helping you track down assets to dealing with trust concerns. Our advice also extends to financial settlements in civil partnerships and issues regarding cohabitants.

We work to deal with all cases on an individual basis and ensure you have access to advice that makes the process smooth and simplified. Our priority is ensuring we resolve issues with the parties involved, and are committed to alternative dispute resolution to avoid protracted court cases where possible.

Client Testimonials

Thank you for all your help through my divorce. It has truly been an incredibly stressful ordeal, much more than I ever thought it would be. What I originally thought would be a simple and even quick divorce and parting of the ways, turned into something really quite different and ugly. However, you have kept me updated through the whole procedure, explained my options to me and the process. Some of which not always clear to me so thank you for your patience. You have also been mindful of costings of which I am grateful. Your attention to detail was also very reassuring, especially at a times when I just wanted the whole thing to be over.
So again, thank you.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sarah on some very complex and difficult cases over the years.  She never loses sight of the client’s objectives but makes sure they receive realistic and sensible advice. Her case preparation is excellent and she is always willing to go the extra mile when necessary. When I receive a brief from Sarah I know that the case will be conducted effectively and efficiently. She is a consummate professional and a delight to work with.

Lucy provided services as my solicitor long-distance. I was residing in the US while my case was ongoing in the UK court. I had the pleasure of meeting her face-to-face for an initial consultation before my return to the US and she was very professional in all correspondence until matters came to a conclusion.

She was always very happy to answer questions thoroughly and schedule long-distance phone calls when I requested them. She has a very kind and professional nature. Needless to say, she made what could have been an exhausting process extremely painless. I highly recommend her.

Dear Michelle,

I just wanted to say a big thank you for your kindness, patience and strength you showed us. We got through this due to some very special people and you were one of them. We could not have achieved this resolution without your guidance and care.

Ms M

Thank you very much, I know I keep saying this but you have been absolutely fantastic with all your help, advice, support and energy. Thank you very much Michelle.

Mr S

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and the team – not the nicest of circumstances – but it was a real pleasure working with you, which resulted in the right outcome. You certainly kept me sane and my feet on the ground throughout the process. Finally, thank you for keeping my costs down. I have already recommended you to several people should they need any legal advice.
