Issues that cannot be dealt with through our fixed fee services will be charged at an hourly rate. We will require specific information from our clients in order to provide a clear outline of the cost in these proceedings.
In certain cases, solicitor fees may be deferred until the conclusion of the case. Clients may also find their legal expenses are insured on a household policy.
