We can provide expert advice and representation services in all areas of Family Law including Divorce Law, Children’s Law, and Financial Issues.
We provide either:
- A free 30-minute legal consultation. This service offers basic family advice. Please note that we cannot advise on documentation or court papers during this consultation.
- A fixed 45-minute legal consultation at £175 plus VAT. This service provides more detailed advice and is tailored to the client’s specific situation. Prior to your appointment, we will require ID and basic background information sent to the member of our team you will meet. Liaising with third parties is not included within this service and original documentation will not be retained unless you decide to instruct the firm further.
The fixed fee must be paid in advance, but this payment will be deducted from your next invoice should you decide to continue working with us, following your appointment.
Please note that due to the nature of these appointments, we have no ongoing obligation to you following the meeting.
