I am the practice administrator within the firm, being the first point of contact, with particular emphasis on taking care of the smooth running of the business, ensuring that clients’ needs are met. I deal with incoming enquiries received by email and phone, which are mainly from new enquiries requesting advice and assistance. I take specific details in order to allocate their matter to the appropriate lawyer within the firm. I also deal with the firm’s general administration, as well as taking card payments from clients.
I work closely with the lawyers to ensure that Brighton and Hove Law gives a professional service and the highest standard of care to all clients.
