I specialise in supporting clients with the arrangements for their children upon the breakdown of a relationship. My aim is to help parents come to an amicable solution around who their children will live with and the arrangements for parents to spend time with their children, to ensure that the issues can be dealt with quickly, effectively and with as little stress as possible for clients and their families.

I also specialise in cases that involve domestic abuse and can assist clients to obtain orders to provide them with the necessary protections. Where there are allegations of domestic abuse in cases involving children, I can support my clients with how the court will deal with this and how best to ensure that the arrangements for the children are safe and in their best interests.

Throughout my career I have often worked with very vulnerable clients who require additional support and guidance including those suffering with poor mental health and client’s with learning disabilities. I have supported clients through complex fact finding hearings involving serious allegations of physical abuse and coercive controlling behaviour towards them or their children and have been successful in obtaining findings of fact in relation to these allegations.
