We require a Family Law Solicitor to work on a case load of existing matters and create new business. The role is based in Hove. Hybrid working is available.This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a reputable, well established specialist family law firm in the heart of Brighton & Hove.
We specialise in a variety of areas of law, including both privately funded family law matters such as divorce, financial settlements, cohabitee disputes, and children disputes and legally aided matters such as care proceedings, domestic abuse cases and private law children matters. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role with real scope for both professional and personal growth within a friendly and supportive environment. The role will involve managing a varied caseload, meeting client expectations, court deadlines, and billing targets. A commitment to social justice, strong communication, time management, and client care skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a range of family law matters
- Drafting legal documents, attending client meetings, and representing clients at hearings
- Meeting financial and time recording targets
